Discrepancy Between Answers

We've found discrepancy between answers on the FAQ page of LeadWay Investment Llc HYIP. Let me show it, at their reply on the following question - "Is withdrawal process automated?" they wrote: "Yes, all withdrawal process is not automated."

So.. Yes or No?

The next question is "How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?" and the answer is - "Since withdrawal process is automated, it usually takes seconds in case of any difficulties 1 to 6 hours to process."

In the first case they said that the process is NOT automated, in the next case - they said contrary assertion.
