We got several complaints from the admin of Money-Evolution HYIP monitoring site regarding an activity of
Bull Investments Corp HYIP. The admin sent us his reports about pending withdrawals, he asked for the votes verification. At the same time, we sent an email to the management of Bull Investments Corp HYIP with a request to provide their comments regarding this situation. Here is a part of their reply:
"Hi,
Dear sir, You can see that they just get paid by us! JUST AND JUST!
Just1 member visitor from them!
Post 1 post at their forum for .16 while we just paid many supporter .08 for support and vote many forum and monitors!
Why do not care about our situation! This is happen for 2 week!
Anyway, We paid them for nothing till now 0.8 usdollar! for just their simple posts on their no visit forums!
WE DO NOT WANT THEIR MONITORING!
With no advertisement we are paying for more than 6 month withouy any problem for real investor"
In other words, the administration of Money-Evolution website takes an income for nothing. New investors were not referred, the program status wasn't updated.
Take a look on this
page. As you may see, Bull Investments Corp HYIP is marked with the WAITING status, but according to the monitoring statistics - this program is being monitored 19 days, 6% of scheduled income is already paid.
Now the admin of Money-Evolution reports that this program is scam, but why the program status of Bull Investments Corp HYIP is still WAITING?
It confirms the words of HYIP's admin: Money - Evolution doesn't provide any monitoring services, they just collect the funds from the HYIPs.

The management of
Earn Plaza HYIP sent their so-called last newsletter. The newsletter contains admin's explanation regarding their program collapse. Here is the text:
"Thanks for being EarnPlaza supporter during this two months but this is the last newsletter. We have faced big problems during the last 24 hours and unfortunately its killed EarnPlaza. First bad sign came
a few days ago when I had a trouble to login into EarnPlaza LR account(some of the members may remember this, because I have told about this problem in EarnPlaza shoutbox), but it was resolved quite fast.
Unfortunately this happened again and it took so much time so situation went under my control. Also collapse of Oilstructure just made situation worse than it was because a lot of members started to make AP disputes because of that. No, I am not trying to blame someone, I understand all of you and I never thought that EarnPlaza will not close like that. I am really disappointed with that. Anyway durings those two months a lot of members made a huge profits thanks to EarnPlaza and I would like to say thanks to them for their great support."
Now the program website is offline after more than 2 month of its activity.

"System is offline for maintenance" - such notification has been announced on the website of Liberty Reserve. Seems this maintenance wasn't scheduled, because there is no information about it on their Blog.
We may guess how many HYIPs will use this system down-time as the reason of pending withdrawals requests.

FxCod HYIP doesn't work. The program administration reported to us that the reason of their website downtime is a DDoS attack. And here is what the program administration said regarding this situation:
"We hope you understand our situation here and give us some time to find a solution. Please note that we will continue to pay all the withdrawals manually during this period, because all LR (sent and received) payments were sent to our email address by LR's notification system."

Fugo Finance HYIP put the following announcement on their website:

Earn Plaza HYIP will add Korean phone support operator. According to the received information, it will be added on Monday (11/22/2010). Also, the program administration announced a new bonus on the occasion of 2 month online activity. The bonus will be paid to randomly selected members
as before.
