Since yesterday the website of Liberty Reserve isn't functioning as usual. Yesterday the site was offline, but today the index page can be loaded and contains the following announcement:
"Liberty Reserve is experiencing technical difficulties and will return as soon as our hosting provider's backup routing equipment is powered and reconfigured.
We are sorry for this inconvenience."
In other words, all the transactions through this e-currency are stopped. We have to wait until the problem is solved.
